She also provided legal support to law enforcement agencies throughout Greater Atlanta to ensure justice was served in her community.
Candace’s desire to become a well-rounded attorney and interest in civil litigation led to her career as an Associate Attorney with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty and Kelly, one of New York City’s top personal injury defense firms, where she defended various insurance companies from personal injury actions, including motor vehicle, slip and fall, construction, medical malpractice and wrongful death. During this time, Candace gained valuable insight into the brain of big insurance.

As Founder and Managing Partner of Malone Legal Group, Candace continues her fight against big insurance and is prepared for and focused on winning strong settlements for her clients. She prides herself on her relatability and treats every client like family.
